THE PAINT SHOP
Beck & Pollitzer is often asked to provide services for the modification or renewal of Paint equipment as part of their partnership with some automotive customers. From the modification of the size and structure of the paint cabins to the addition of new paint sprinklers, Beck & Pollitzer use the expertise of some of the best paint equipment suppliers to provide expert work and perfect results. Work in paint shops not only includes the final paint spray equipment but the installation of dipping process pre-treatment and conveyor systems, drying ovens and all support equipment.

THE ASSEMBLY SHOP AND PLASTICS
Similar skills are required for the installation of Assembly Shop Equipment as other areas in an automotive plant, but the experience and expertise that Beck & Pollitzer can demonstrate ensure that strict timing schedules are maintained.

From complete conveyor lines including electronic systems or power and free, the carriers, lifters and drive systems to individual assembly machines and ultimately the final inspection booths and equipment.

The installation of specialist injection moulding equipment and presses in the Plastics shops are another area where we can show our experience.
