Clarkson Industrial, part of Beck & Pollitzer Group was awarded a challenging and complex project to relocate Tier 1 components production facility from South Carolina to Texas in four phases from 2019-2020. The Global Automotive part manufacturer required strict down and up production dates.
During this project, our professional and experienced team took on the full responsibility of all mechanical, electrical, piping phases for dismantling, packaging, freight and reassembly.
The relocation of the heavy machinery equipment included:
- Complete tool room consisting of lathes, mills, and grinders
- 10 Wire Machines 13.5+ tonnes
- 65 Turning and Welding Machines 3.5+ tonnes
- 5 Machines 57+ tonnes
- 4 Machines 42+ tonnes
Our expert team used various equipment to complete this demanding project, such as 200 Ton Hydraulic Truck Crane, 240 Ton Gantry Set, Tandem 80,000-pound capacity Forklifts, 40/60 and 60/80 Versa lifts, Several 6-15,000-pound capacity Forklifts, Man lifts, 200 Ton Hydraulic Jack Set.
